• Applicants must meet or have fulfilled all degree criteria for a PhD, PhD-equivalent, or health professional degree.

• Candidates who have not fulfilled all requirements for their degree at the time of application before October 15, 2024.

• If you have completed more than one PhD, PhD-equivalent, or health professional degree, note that the eligibility window applies to the most recent of these academic degrees.
