The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is happy to announce the launch of the 2023 Call for Applications under the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships Programme. 

Under the program, 60 scholarships will be awarded to successful candidates who have been offered a place at an appropriate Irish higher education institution for one year of study at the Bachelor, Master, or PhD levels.

Applications are being accepted from suitably qualified candidates for the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships 2023, which are proudly supported by the country’s Higher Education Authority (HEA). 

Summary of the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships 2023/2024

• The scholarship is sponsored by the Government of Ireland. 
• Scholarships available at: Selected higher education institutes in Ireland. 
• Full scholarships are available. 
• Undergraduate and postgraduate studies 
• There are up to 60 scholarships available. 
• International Students (non-EU/EEA nationals).

Eligibility Criteria For The Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships

The following eligibility requirements apply: 

• The offer is open to non-EU/EEA students and is relevant to all disciplines of study. 
• Scholarships are available for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral studies. 
• Admission requirements vary depending on the schools attended. 

Scholarship Advantages 

Successful students will receive: 

• A stipend of €10,000 for one year of study 
• All tuition and other registration fees at the higher education institution are waived in full.
